If I understand you correctly, you can use the Recurrence function built
into Outlook that allows you to create multiple dates with the same subject
and other details but with different dates that meet a regular pattern.
WS:Repeat Appointment from www.websetters.co.uk allows you to create Repeat
Appointment groups that do not meet a regular pattern.
