I'm trying to retrieve date from multiple linked tables using unbound controls on an unbound form. The values in the control are selected from drop down lists and are then passed to a report via a select query. I have referenced the controls in the query correctly because simple one cirteria reports work perfectly. However, more complex mulpile criteria reports return #Error on the report
My problem is that I wish to be able to execute both single and multiple criteria queries from the same unbound form but at the moment can only do one or the other. Is there a method of setting the unbound field to a value that makes access look up all the records in that field if that value is not changed. In total, I have 7 unbound fields but only expect to query from either one or two at any one time. I would rather not have to go down the line of two forms, one for single and one for multiple criteria queries so any help would be appreciated.
