Multiple CPU

I have installed Windows 2000 server on two IBM servers, X255 & X360. They
both have 2 CPUs in it and both servers supports upto 4 CPUs. Everything
went OK except the task manager shows 4 CPU running, same as in SQL 7. Both
servers are running OK except a little bit slower than in NT 4. Any fix or
idea ??

You're right. Windows 2000 thinks that HT processors are actually 2
separate CPUs. So what he is seeing is normal.
