I am trying to print some 18th birthday invitations on my
printer (epson stylus 700) but what I really would like
to be told is how I can produce 4 invitations measuring
4" width 6" high on the one piece of paper size approx
12" x 8 1/4". I have Office XP, Corel but cannot seem
to get anywhere with either of these two. Any help most
gratefully accepted, daughters birthday is 11th November.

Thank you

Option #1: Create the invitation and save it as a jpeg
file. This makes it an image file. Paste the image 4
times into your document. Layout two images vertically
and the other two horizontal. Use Word's ability to
rotate the image on two of the images as necessary to get
them to fit on one page. You may have to mess with the
margins of the document and size the images to get them to
fit. (might be best to display the document in landscape).

Option #2: Create the invitation using Word's WORDART and
Control Toolbox. Rotate the images as necessary to get
them to fit on one page.
