multiple copies of report

How can I set a report to always print 2 copies without
having the users select File,Print and change number of
copies to 2 in Access 97?

The PrintOut action lets you specify a number of copies.

Mike,

Alternatively, in report's design view go to page setup
and select specific printer and set quantity and collate
options here. Then save report with these options.
