multiple contacts shortcuts

I keep getting three "contacts" shortcuts appearing
in "My Contacts" of Outlook2003. One of them is correct
but the other 2 bring up a blank window saying "There are
no items to show in this view". I delete the shortcuts,
but then they come back a few days later. Anyone have
an idea how to get rid of these?

See the recent posting Removing Deleted Address Listings - same problem I
think - just shows up in more than one way!!

I went to where that recent posting said to go, but there is only one
file there so I did not remove it as I assume this is the correct one. The
view I am in is Navigation Pane and what I called shortcuts are under the
section labeled my contacts. When I look at the properties for these
"shortcuts" I notice that the location on the two empty ones say archives.
Does that help explain this?

Aha. This is a different issue entirely. It looks to me as if you have your
Archive PST file opened in this same profile as your default PST. Just close
it.
Click on Folder List (icon is on the bottom of the Navigation pane) to see a
complete list of the Folders in your profile. Do you see an Archive Folder
there? R click and close it.

Now I get it (didn't know of folder list button as it was closed). The
"locations" for the two-what I called shortcuts- are "Archives" and
"Conflicts" which are folders under PocketMirror. Can't right click to
close them as this apparently has to do with Chappura's Pocket Mirror
conduit for my Palm PDA. Guess this is how it should be? Thanks for getting
me on the right track!
