I don't know if this has been addressed before, but I am having some
difficulty with Outlook 2003.
I heard that there is now a difference (or maybe a blending) of
"address book" and "contacts". Well, I now have two contact lists in
Outlook. When I press the contacts button, I see one list. If I go to
tools/address book and and click on the drop down box that says "show
names from the", I see Outlook address book, contacts and contacts.

Could Microsoft ActiveSync have something to do with this?

I want one contact list/address book. Anybody have a clue how to do
it?

Help!!!

David K.

Use Tools | Email Accounts to remove the Outlook Address Book. Restart OUtlook. Use Tools | Email Accounts to add the Outlook Address Book back to your profile. All should be well.

No.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Remove the extra
contacts folders there.
