My access to the discussion thread on "Multiple Contact Directories" is
extremely intermittent. Saw the response from Brian Tillman (MVP - Outlook)
once and it was right on target. Now I get "service not available" errors
when I attempt to reply.

Now that I have a new Contact folder (Contacts_Non-Sync), I need to know the
folllowing:

1. How do I make this new folder appear in the Favorite Folder list??
2. When I right click on an e-mail address and select Add to Contacts, how
do I make it add to the new folder and not the regular Contacts folder?
3. Is there a way to transfer contacts already stored in the Contacts
folder to the new Contacts_Non-Sync folder?

1. Right click and choose Add to Favorites. But the only favorites list you can add Contacts to is the public folder favs, if its a public folder. Additional contacts folders should be shown on the contacts module in 2003/2007 automatically.

2. You don't. It will always go to the default folder. However, before saving and closing, go to the file menu (or office orb menu) and use move to other folder.

3. Drag and drop. Not knowing what sync software you use, you may be able to set a category to sync and keep all contacts in one folder.
