You would have to have a separate license for each PC. Of course, if you
bought Ultimate, you can get a discount for up to 2 other computers in
the home.
 
Can I upgrade more than 1 of my computers with the windows vista full version
I bought, or will I have to buy a key for each additional computer I own?

As it has been, it's one license per installation. Vista is no different.
 
You need a different license/key for each computer. However, If the other
computers are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP an upgrade version of Vista
would be a lot less expensive then a full version.
