Hi Al

This is my first post so please bear with me. I am trying to create a form in Access 2000 that has 3 combo boxes to select a value from which will then return one field of information based upon the values selected in the combo boxes

I can get the combo boxes to requery okay, but the field isn't updating correctly. It seems to be taking the first instance of the value in the first combo box and returning its value. I think its something to do with the code created when you say you want to look up a value in the combo box wizard??

I'm a complete amateur when it comes to VB so any guidance would be most gratefully recieved. I've been trying to get this to work for 3 days now and am ready to give up!

Thanks

Donna

Take a look at the Developer Solutions database (it' on your office cd and
it's called solution.mdb or solutions.mdb). Study the example "Limit the
contents of one list based on the value selected in another." found under
"Work with combo boxes, list boxes, subforms, and subreports".

Thanks for your reply. However, the solutions database
does not seem to be available for Access 2000. Any other
suggestions?
