Multiple choices in an option group

You can't!

Without knowing more about what you are trying to do, you might try a
List Box with it's MultiSelect property set to Extended.
Or ...
simply use a bunch of individual check boxes. You can place them
within a rectangle for appearance, but each would be bound to a
separate field.
 
Use the Wizard!

Make sure your Toolbox Toolbar is visible.
Check that the second button down, the Control Wizards, is depressed.
Select the round Option button, the 7th item on the toolbar, and follow the
wized prompts.
You can have any number of options.

I spoke too soon - you need a listbox with multiple select capabilities. I
had been thinking of an option group but you can only select one option in
that case.
