I am planning to make a small db for learning games , in which I want to put
questions , and 3 or 4 answers for each questions , only one is correct , so
, for each question the user can choose only one aswer , and at the end , i
want to have a button to be clicked to get the result of the test.

like this

Question 1: what is the capital of india ?
opt 1 : mombay
opt 2 : delhi
opt 3 : calicut

Qustion 2 : and so on

is this possbile in access
do i have to use option groups

did any one of you have an idea about this thing

Access can handle this OK. And it looks like an option group would be perfectly
suited for this kind of test. You probably also want a command button with a
caption "submit" or something similar after choosing one of the options.

You can use an Option Group, a combo box, or a listbox - they'll all work.

for a fully worked out example of such a database.
