Multiple choice questions

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. I am quite new to this so
it's taken a while to get as far as I have but need help with the last bit.
I got a presentation I would email to work colleagues where the last 10
slides are multi choice questions. The user clicks on an option button to
answer the question, then click on a 'confirm answer' button. They get a
message box to say whether they where right or wrong, click on OK and it
moves to the next slide.
So I have done all that but now I am stuck
On the very last slide I want a button the user would click on to find out
how many right answers they got. So I guess I need to attach some kind of
visual basic to count up or keep track of the correct answer. I would like
the result to be displayed to the user, and, if possible, to come back to me
automatically via email.
I have no idea how I would do this so would anyone be able to help please?
