I need to have a calendar for others to view, but would like to have a
personal calendar as well. Is there a way to have more than one calendar?
(Outlook 2003).

File->New->Folder->Type = calendar.

There will be limitations on the new calendar, like reminders will not fire.

Right click on the Calendar. Choose New Folder. Enter a name and click ok.

How do you do it, I don't mind if there aren't any reminders.

Geeze, the simplest things.. Thank you for your response! I also posted
into "contacts" that I'm trying to be able be able to view/edit my boss's
contacts. Since he started assigning "categories" I am no longer able to see
them. Do you have any ideas??
