I have recently switched machines, and on my new machine I have 2 calendars.
Calendar (2) is where all of my schedule synched up from my old machine. I'd
like to move all of that data, in mass, over to calendar (1) and get rid of
calendar 2, especially since the reminders for calendar 2 dont work. Is there
a way to move that data all at one time ?

You can use a list view of the second folder (like Active Appointments) then
select all the items (hit Control-A) then drag/drop them on the correct
Calendar folder

Vince,

I appreciate the response, but I guess I'm a little green as I can't figure
out how to do a list view, or show active appointments. Can you give me a
more detailed process tree ? Thanks !

When you're in the Calendar folder there should be a dropdown with view
names in it, if you're showing the Advanced toolbar. Choose the view from
that dropdown

The exact steps depend on your Outlook version and you haven't shared that.

I have Outlook 2003 sp1. I did the steps Vine described, after adding the
advanced toolbar, and the only things from my calendar that show on the list
are birthdays. I'd really like for Calendar 2 to take the place of Calendar
and that would resolve this whole mess.

What view did you use? Typically I'd use the Active Appointments view as
opposed to the annual one

Vince,

Thank you. I finally got it to work. Now I can get rid of calendar 2 and
move on. I appreciate the responses.
