Multiple Calendars

Is there a way to only make one calendar entry but have 2 or more calendars
filled out.? My company requires me to fill out 3 calendars with basically
the same information. Seems redundant to me. Is there software that does
this?
 
One way to do it would open all 3 calendars at one time and copy the
appointment over thru the different calendars. I have not personally seen a
replicating software which copies the data over thru a few calendars at once,
but it would definately be nice, I would also like to see this as a feature
in the new Outlook.
