Multiple Calendars

I would like to set up a second calendar file.
The default one has all of my apponitments in it and I
would like a second one to arrange appointments for an
organistation I am involved in.

Is this possible and if so how do I set up the second one
and switch between the 2?
 
Right click, choose new folder and select calendar as the folder type. Add it
to the outlook bar and click on the new icon to switch to it, or use folder
list view (see view menu) and click on the folder to view items in it.
