Multiple calendars for a single user

I'm trying to setup calendars for our staff car,
conference rooms etc. I would like to do this in one
user "Scheduling calendars" and have all calendars
available to anyone who wishes to view or schedule one of
these objects. I set up additional calendars (create an
additional folder in the "Schedule calendars" user for
each calendar) and give them the correct permissions.
When another user tries to view the "schedule calendars"
they only can see the main calendar. My question is can
this be done and how?

This is an Exchange setup, right? What method are the users trying to
connect to the calendars?
