multiple browser windows opening by temselves

I have multiple browser windows opening by temselves, using IE7, win xp home.
The browser windows just open without any action from me. This is a new
clean install of Windows with all the latest updates. The problem happens
with and without SP3. It also has Tremd Micro Internet Security.
 
Open internet options,security tab,L.click each icon 1 @ a time,click the
set default settings.
