I had to reformat my hard drive. I reloaded MS Office Prof 2003 and some how
ended up with 3 data files listed in the left side navigation bar. I am not
sure that the various folders (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, etc.) are from the
same *.pst file. For instance, when I click on the large "Contact" button on
the left, the Contacts do not open. I have to go and click on the smaller
button under the "My Contacts."

How can I have just one file to manage and not get messed up.

Thanks. My new e-mail address is (e-mail address removed).

Sounds like you corrupted your profile while restoring. What restore method
did you use?
Either way; recreate your mail profile;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

"My new e-mail address is"
Which will be spammed to death now as well. Never post your e-mail address
in a public newsgroup unless you don't get enough spam.
