Is there a way in both outlook 2000 and outlook 2003 to display more than one
address list at a time in the list displayed when you hit the to button? I
want/need to be able to do this without having to choose between Outlook
Address Book> Contacts and Global Address List. When I highlight All Address
Lists nothing is displayed. We are running Exchange 2003 and the contacts
that I want displayed with the Global List are the contacts used by the users
Internet Email account. I've been going nuts trying to figure this aout
because the client said that they could do this before we connected them
after a weekend of work and the exchange server syncronized everything on
thier laptop. I thought cached exchange mode was supposed to eliminate this
problem.
The laptop that I would like to correct this on is running outlook 2000.
Thanks.

No. The address book can display only one list at a time. Most users, however, probably won't need to click To very often at all, since Outlook 2003 has both autocomplete and autoresolution features for filling in addresses based on a minimum number of keystrokes. Outlook 2000, of course, does not have the autocomplete feature.

I don't know of a way. You have to tell the Outlook Address Book which
Contact list to show, either the GAL or one of your Contacts folders. As
far as I can tell, it will show only one at a time.
