Multipass C555 Printer

Can you help? Unable to start printer automatically.
Have to go to 'control panel, Admin tools, component
services, MPservice, start' in order to get computer to
recognize the printer. Clicking on MPservice.exe doesn't
work either. Have uninstalled and reinstalled software
and that doesn't work.

Further down the panel for the MP Service... is it set Automatic?

When get to the service start for multi pass it is not
set to automatic. However when I start the multi pass it
turns to automatic. BUT at the next startup I have to do
it all over again.
