Hi

I'm running a DB on XP which i want a few people to have access to so i have
shared the folder and given the people access to even allowed unlimited
connections at a time all of the people can see the DB but only one at a time
can open it and access it how can multiple people access it at the same time.

You should... must I'd say!... Split the database into a shared "backend"
containing the tables, and individual copies of a "frontend" containing the
Forms, Queries, Reports and code. See the website ruralguy suggested.
