multimedia tab

Hi there,

Multimedia tab is not available anymore... I know I used it a week ago.
Basically my custom animation menu is empty.
Any thoughts?

What version of PowerPoint are you using? If I recall correctly there is
only a multimedia tab in PowerPoint 97 and 2000, in PowerPoint 2002 and 2003
there is the custom animation task pane where you can doubleclick the
animation and alter the media's settings.
 
Is the tab itself not there, or is it just that all the options are greyed
out? If the latter, it's probably because the item you've selected is not
really a multimedia object -- I suspect this would happen if you chose, say,
an animated GIF.
