Drivers for MS Ergonomic MultiMedia KB don't install on
Windows XP Pro, returning Internal Error 2755 --
referencing the file itpro2_2.msi. Keyboard basic
functions work--media player, email, and IE come up from
function buttons. MY DOCUMENTS, MY PICTURES, and
advanced KB functions do not work. Help! Client is a
VP's secretary.
 
Are you using the latest drivers for the keyboard? You should download the
latest XP drivers.
