How do I multilink 2 modems in the same computer using two
different ISP accounts?

Your ISP must support it and I do not know of any that do. This is used
mostly by corporate dialup services.

It can NOT be done !

What you are suggesting is called bonding. Something that WINSOCK2 supports. However, the
ISP must support bonding and it can NOT be done with two different ISPs. Supra made a dual
modem called the Shotgun. It wasn't too popular and I don't think Supra manufacturers it
anymore.
