How can I tell if I have installed a XP OS English or XP OS Multilingual?
Is there a reg location I can take a look or anything to query for the info?

Windows Versions Find Language

The very bottom line of %windir%\System32\eula.txt will tell the XP version
and the Language.

Paste the following line into Start | Run and click OK...

%windir%\System32\eula.txt

eula.txt should open in Notepad. Scroll down to the very bottom and look
for EULAID.

For example EULAID:XPSP1_RM.1_PRO_RTL_EN the last two letters _EN = English
_NL = Dutch (Netherlands), etc.

If XP is US English, there is a %windir%\system32\1033 folder. 1033 is US
English. If XP is in another language, there will be a
%windir%\system32\some number folder.

Locate the folder and look up the code here...

Language Codes
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pr...chnol/windows2000serv/reskit/ierk/AppxF_c.asp

Open the %windir%\system32\#### folder, it will have a dwintl.dll file
(Microsoft Application Error Reporting). Right click dwintl.dll and click
Properties. Click the Version tab and then click on Language under Item
name. The language will be listed under Value.
