Multicast problems and KB893066

I use a windows 2000 server on which it run an application that uses
packages multicast in order to communicate information of state to others
client on the net lan.
From when i have been installs security patchs KB893066 - KB890859 and
KB893086 I have had of the problems.
Some packages come lost.
KB893066 is responsible of that?

I remove the KB893086 patch and my application work fine.
