Multible Calander Appointments

Hi

I am the I.T Manager of a school; we are currently using Exchange and
Sharepoint Portal. One of the teachers wants to create about 200-300
appointment for the whole of next year and have all the staff members
have access. Is there a way to export calendar appointment or
distribute them to all of the users Calenders? I have tried having a
look on the internet, but I can not find a similar scenario.
