i want to set User A can send a new mail for User B on User A's PC, so i
follow the instruction from MS's KB however it doesn't work, please comment
on the following steps if i've made somethink wrong!
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.(On User B side)
2. On the Delegates tab, click Add.
3. Select the name for the user of account A, click Add, and then click OK.
4. In the Delegate Permissions dialog box, click to select Editor (can read,
create, and modify items) in all lists.
5. Click OK twice.
6. If the Folder List is not visible, on the View menu, click Folder List.
7. Right-click the Mailbox - <user name>, and, then click Properties for
'Mailbox - <user name> on the shortcut menu.
8. On the Permissions tab, click Add.
9. Type or select the name for the user of account A, click Add, and then
click OK.
10. In the Name box, click the newly added entry for account A.
11. In the Roles box, click Owner, and then click OK.
12. Repeat steps 8 through 12 for all of the other folders in the mailbox.
13. On the File menu, click Exit.
14. Start Outlook. (On User A Side)
15. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
16. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts.
17. Click to select Microsoft Exchange Server, and then click Change.
18. Click the More Settings button.
19. Click the Advanced tab.
20. Click Add.
21. Type the name for the user of account B, and then click OK three times.
