First of all I appreciate in advance for all of your time and effort in resolving the issue that is facing me

I have designed a report that is used to print on a pre-printed form using manual feeding method. The problem is that someone at a different desk, even though accessing the same database, can produce the same report with lines being printed differently aligned than others. It usually shifts downwards. I check all the margin and space and it's all the same. So how can I correct this so everyone in the office can produce a same aligned manually fed report

Access uses the metrics from the printer driver to calculate how to lay out
the report. That means that differences in printer drivers can make a
difference to how the report appears.

If all users have exactly the same operating system and service patches, and
version of Access and service patches, and the same printer selected and
exactly the same version of the printer driver, and the same page size and
layout, and there are no differences in the display drivers of the machines,
you should theoretically get the same result.
