Multi Region - Blu Ray Player.

OK i'm wanting to buy a Blu Ray player - multi region as i buy a few US discs these days.
Dont want 3D as i dont have a 3D TV!
Any one got a good one they would recommend?

Just found out that the tv has only 1 hdmi for the sky hd & the current broken dvd player is scart.
So it's a cheapo dvd player for the time being!

I can't help with the multi-region blu-ray player, but if your TV only has one HDMI input, then this should expand it for less than a tenner

It's my folks tv and the hdmi is currently for sky hd box.
Would it effect the sky picture having a splitter like from your link??
A blu-ray would be better, but as you know i'm a complete duffer when it comes to technology!!

Its a digital signal.

Nope, as V_R mentioned it's a digital signal and it will simply be "switched" from one input to another - so there's no difference in quality .

Well as my Dad does not have any blu ray discs & it unlikely to we went for a good dvd player.
Richer sounds did us a good deal and just been watching AC/DC Live at River Plate.
And on a 42" TFT it looks good, just needs a sound bar!!
