I know FP 2003 doesn't create multi-page forms. But it does easily allow the
creation of confirmation pages that display after the "submit" button is
pushed.

Is there anything that would prevent the creation of a follow-on form on the
confirmation page of the first form? In other words, I hit the "submit"
button on Form 1, and then see Form 2 as the "confirmation page"?

If this works, in theory there could be a third page of the form, and so on.

Stefan,

Thanks, I think this indicates that "chaining" forms will work (i.e.,
creating an initial form, then a follow-on form on the confirmation page of
the initial form, and so on.
