Hi everyone,

Running MICROSOFT ACCESS 2000

I'm trying to make a report that spans several pages in width as well as in
height.

the (simplified) table looks like this
page_nbr int
head_l1 string
head_l2 string
V01 number --1st data field -- header v01
V02 number --2nd data field -- header v02
V03 number --3rd data field -- header v03
V04 number --4th data field -- header v04
V05 number --5th data field -- header v05
...etc
v96 number --96th data field -- header v96
v97 number --last data field -- header v97

containing about 27 rows (varies)

the headers for the datafields HEADER V01-->V99 are defined in the report as
labels

the report should look like this

..........................................................................................
..

When I look at my own post I realize that it is not very readable when viewed
in a proportional font,
when you look at it in a non-proportional font (e.g. courrier) it becomes
more readable but due to the width wrapping appears.

so here is the example with fewer columns to prevent this wrapping

......................................................................
.. head_L1 .
.. .
......................................................................
.. . . . . . .
.. .head_l2 .head_l2 . etc .head_l2 .head_l2 .
......................................................................
..HEADER V01 .V01 .V01 . etc .V01 .V01 .
..HEADER V02 .V02 .V02 . etc .V02 .V02 .
.. . . . etc . . .
.. . . . etc . . .
.. etc .etc .etc . etc .etc .etc .
.. . . . etc . . .
.. . . . etc . . .
..HEADER V98 .V98 .V98 . etc .V98 .V98 .
..HEADER V99 .V99 .V99 . etc .V99 .V99 .
.......................................................................

sorry for the inconvenience

Marc
