Multi-Monitor Wallpaper changer -> exit

I'm looking for a freeware program that:

Changes the wallpaper on multiple monitors (i.e. so there is a different
wallpaper for each monitor) and then automatically exit.

If such a program exists, PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

I have never heard of such a program and I do not understand the
incentive someone would have to want to create and use one.
Please explain ??
