Hello,
I'm not entirely sure where the correct place to post bug
reports is, so I figure this is the most approptiate.
Anyway, my system is localized to Hebrew. Windows itself
is in English, but things like dates and the like are
displayed in Hebrew. For example, if today's date
is "Saturday, June 18, 2005" in English, I see the Hebrew
words instead of the English words for "Saturday" and
for "June" in the Hebrew alphabet. So far so good.
The problem is that MS AntiSpyware shows the English ANSI
equivalent of the Hebrew ANSI characters used to display
the dates in the program.
So where it says, for example, "Last Spyware Scan" with a
date, the correct date is shown, but the characters are
in English ANSI instead of Hebrew ANSI.
The program should either display the English text,
regardless of the localization of the system, or support
localization (whether unicode, or Hebrew (or other
language) ANSI).
Does anyone have any idea if Microsoft knows about this
issue?
Thanks in advance,
shovavnik
