If I want to print a view, which is defined and showed on the screen as
Mulitline (4 Lines per Contact) - the Printer prints all fields on one Line.

How can I change that?

What print style are you using?

Thanks for answering - I'm using Table format to print into pdf995 (hope this
is the right answer, because my english is not perfect). Additional: I'm
using Outlook 2003 Professional with XP.

Best Regards
Chris

Actually I was asking about the print style, which is not the same as the
view you have set on your Contacts folder. Go to File | Page Setup and see
what print style you have selected.

I'm not sure what a print style means. If I translate it to my language,
which is german, I don't find in Outlook any expression, which is similar to
word "print style". If I go to page Setup (Seite einrichten) I see there
"table format" and "memo format" and "Define Format". If I choose table
format, with which I print the document, I see there for paper and for size
A4 and I use 7pt Tahoma for Lines and 10pt Tahoma for Titles. Sorry my
translation problems, but in microsoft german groups nobody answers the
questions.. Hope this is the information you needed. Thank you for your
patience.

Best Regards
Chris

Hi Chris...sorry about the confusion over the translation. "Format" for you
equals "Style" for me in the English version.

I have played around with the settings, and when I try to print a
table-style view like "Phone List" with 4 lines showing per contact using the
Table Style (or Table Format), I only get one line per contact in the
printout also. Outlook's print styles are not very customizable,
unfortunately. If having a printout in this style is very important to you,
you might want to look into using a screen capture program that can capture a
scrolling window and let you print the results. A good one is SnagIt -- you
can find it at www.techsmith.com. Good luck.

Thank you for your answer. But I need it to prepare a pdf, so it think it is
not possible to do that.

Best Regards
