Multi languages for XP users

I purchased a new PC with windows XP in French.
I have set up 4 users and would like to change
one of them to English, is this possible ?
If so how di I do it...Thanks !!!

Nope. If you desire XP in English you must purchase the full English version
and either install clean or dual boot.
