Multi Language Content for Windows 2003 server

My company has select subscription but can't find the Multi Language
Content for Windows 2003 in Japanese.

Does that exist or is that only for Office XP?

The closest I got was his web site:

I found out there will come some stuff from Microsoft this autum.
