I have 3 displays. Quad cpu, duel 8800 GT's, tons of memory, tons of hard
drive...
I have more of anything I need to run them! The control panel says it there
and active, still nothing! I've been in every ware I can think of to make
sure it's set up right- still nothing! It's now 4:00 am and day 2 of messing
with it! What am I doing wrong or haven't checked or haven't done? I've heard
alot of horror stories about
vista, but thought I'd try it anyway, could it be vista somehow? I have alot
of other
questions for you elite people out there. I need some real help! My new
creative xFi
is acting up! Both of my DVD drives all out! HELP!

That does not help you to get help!
What have you done? Details!
What are the results and/or error messages?

On the Bridge!

when you go to the display settings, you will see an option saying > extend
my desktop to this monitor

the internet is full of info on how to do this..

do some searching using google

Get some sleep, and post back when you can properly describe the problems
you are having.

Does 'more of anything' include the beefed up power supply needed to run two
8800s? Underpowered cards can show up in control panel but still not
function properly and/or pull down other hardware in the system.

yThanks for the reply. I have a Corsair TX750W. Is that enough? Should I have
a 1000W power supply? This is a week old system built by Digital Storm. They
will help, but this isn't a issue that refects anything they did. The system
was set up in SLI mode, but I did everything needed to change all that. My
control panel has 4 displays in it, with only 3 active. It asked if I want to
enable it- yes- I can change resolution, color, but isn't being identify. I
have #1 on top (46" Samsung HDTV),
#2 and #3 right under it. ( both are 22" Samsung SyncMaster CX226CW) that way,
my mouse comes sraight down to the other monitors, #3 just has the Samsung
screensaver floating around. Oh my God! I just saw something in the
motherboard
install guide I must have over looked! I'm going to be pissed if it's this
simple? Hit me back in a little while and I'll fill you in. I don't want to
say anything yet- till I try
this, Damn! I can't beleave I didn't do that! I'll be back, have to shut
down to do this. Let you know.

It seams there was something I did not check and NEVER entered my mine? It
was the last thing I checked and should have been the first thing to check!
The monitor was brand new out of the box and it was dead! Took it back to
best buy and got another one and all is well! Reinstalled vista 64-bit and
drives and sound are all good, everything is running at hyper speed now.
Thanks for the help.
