Multi Column Report

I have an application with multi columns extending beyond
the margins (margins are set to .5 inches) of a standard
81/2 X 11 sheet. Is there a way to allow the other columns
to display as well. This is in Access 97.

All columns are needed to display the data within the
database. I have an idea that a sub-report may work, but,
not sure.

Has anyone seen this sort of thing before and resolved the
problem? If you have ideas or solutions, please respond.

Under time crunch to complete reports.

Thanks,...

An Access report can be defined up to 22 inches by 22 inches, but that will
not expand the paper in your printer. Access itself does not have a Fit to
Page option as Excel and some others do. But, at least one of my printers
has such an option in the Printer Properties details.

The problem is that if you can't use small enough text boxes and type size
to fit it on to the page, then it's likely not to be very readable if you do
make it fit via the printer dialog.

You can buy yourself a bit of extra space on each line, by using Landscape
mode so you are getting 11 inches less margins; or, if you have some
legal-size paper, 14 inches less margins. But, you'll get fewer lines on
each page.
