Sorry folks but i'm new to this group........

At work we have Excel on the office PC , i was asked to do some charts on
the statistics for each quarter of the year.......not too much of a problem
but what i want to know how to do is.............

I have 4 charts........each with a "quarters" work on them........

i would like them all as one file , and accessed by "tab" keys on the
bottom.........

How do i load say, four of them at once and then collate them into a single
worksheet with "tabs" ?

Can you help me??

Thanks

Dave :)

Hi Dave,

First some terminology, an Excel file is called a Workbook. A Workbook can contain several Worksheets. Each Worksheet in a Workbook is represented by a Tab at the bottom of the screen.

As I understand your question, you have four Workbooks with one Worksheet each, but you want to move the four Worksheets into one Workbook. OK?

If so, for each Worksheet, one by one,
- do Edit > Move or Copy Sheet...
- select a destination Workbook (new or existing) and click OK

After that you can arrange the individual order of the Worksheets by just dragging the Tabs.
