Multi calendars not prompting events

Does anyone know of how I can have multiple calendars
beloning to different activities residing either in the
mailbox, personal folder, or public folder that prompts
the user with a reminder dialog box? The reminder only
pops up from the primary calendar and not the rest.

Ken Slovak has a pretty cool little add-in that enables you to
get reminders on items in any email, contacts, tasks or
calendar folder in your default mail store.

So there is no built in feature from microsoft to prompt
reminders from another outlook calendar?
