Multi-calendar Viewer with office 2000

I down-loaded the viewer only to find I need a collaboration data object.
While searching, that tool only is available as far as I can tell in Office
2003, and has to be purchased.
Is this true?
 
CDO 1.21 is an optional installation on the Office/Outlook 2000 CD.
