I used to use Daytimer 2000. I have decided to switch to
Outlook 2003 with BCM. However since I am just setting
this up, I could use something help. I have 3 businesses
and I am trying to figre out the best way to set this up
as well as personal contacts. I not only want to have the
BCM to do this but also have information to show up on
the calendar as well. So,is there anyone out there that
has done this? Your suggestions would really help me.

Sue
I hope I can explain this where it makes sense. I have 3
businesses that I have to keep track off. In the Old
Daytimer Software, I created 3 different databases. Each
database had it's own calendar. It was like having 3
different Daytimers. If I wanted to see a calendar or
information on a client, I had to close one database and
open another. What I am hoping to do is have all 3 set
up in BCM and be able to look at them, but have
appointments and things show up in one calendar. Is
there anyway to do this?

I don't see why not. You could distinguish among the different business by
using a different category for each one's contacts.

Sue,
Thanks. I figured that would be the only way. Now, how
can I have appointments or tasks show up but is there any
way to show from what business? Like some kind of color
code for each business? By the way... thank you for all
of your help.

Unfortunately, BCM doesn't add a contact link automatically. You'd have to
do that by hand for each item.
