Multi-Av "can't find net.exe"

Is net.exe necessary for Multi-Av to work properly? Is there a way I
can reinstall it without reinstalling Windows? I went a little crazy
with slipstream and removed it thinking it wouldn't affect any
program

NET.EXE is a protected OS file and should be on ALL Windows computers.
Either the file was altered, trojanized or deleted or it can't be found in the "Path".

Does NET.EXE exist in the; %windir%\system32 folder ?

Nevermind I did another slipstream install, I removed it by mistake.
