Mulitple User Profiles

I have a need to have shared login accounts but need the
users to be able to open IE based on a specified profile.
I know Netscape has User Profile Manager. Does anyone
know if IE has this capability? If so, how do I do it?

For IE you need to use Windows User Profiles for this purpose. To set them
up open the Control Panel. Steps from there on depend on your Windows
version.

I'm not sure how user profiles is going to help me since a
user profile is created when a user logs into a system.
The users I have share a computer and use a group login.
They do not have individual logins for this system.

What I need to be able to do is to have IE prompt me for a
profile when it opens similar to what you can do with
Outlook.

If I am missing something, please tell me.

You would have to logon as a different Windows User to have different IE
settings.

I know. This is what I am trying to avoid. The netscape
browser allows for multiple user profiles using one
Windows NT login. Can IE do this?
