Mulit-User "The save action was cancelled"

I have a custom DB application that a user has been using for some time now.
We just added an assistant and now more than one user are using the DB. On
one form and from what i can tell only that form the users are getting "The
save action was cancelled" when the form is opened or modified. What could be
causing this? I have just copied the source mdb to a shared drive. Is there
more i need to do for multiple user access? Thank you for all your help.
 
As a general rule...what you have should work.

however, to ensure reliably..and to ensure that users don't trip over each
other, you can read the following as to what you need to do to make this
work in a reliable fashion (and, the good news is that you don't have to
change your code, or design...as ms-access is multi-user).
