I have 2 pop3 email addresses and I want to be able to select an address when I send an email, how do I do it?

You didn't say which version of Outlook you're using, but if it is Outlook Express 6 this is how it works for me
You have to set up an additional Identity, and also an additional Account. Then you can simply switch between Identities and send your messages and they will carry the appropriate name/email address for that Identity. You can switch back and forth at will
In File-Identities-Add New Identity, enter the appropriate details (have a look at the existing one first if you're not sure what to put in)
In Tools-Accounts-Mail(tab), Add A New Account (again, check the existing one for what to use except where you are creating the new, different bits)
When all done and you want to switch between them: File-Switch Identity, double-click on who you want to be. The same to go back to the other one
If you're using some other flavour of Outlook, all the above may be useless though!

Assuming all of your account settings are correct. You
can alternate which account you send mail from by clicking
on "File" in your new message toolbar....then click "Send
Using" ...the choices should appear

The problem with what you discribe is that Outlook Express is not a "version
of Outlook". They're completely separate programs and while advice for one
can, on occasion, help with the other, it's not typical. So, answering an
Outlook question with procedures for Outlook Express isn't generally useful.

If you have more than one account in a profile, there should be an
"Accounts" button next to the Send button on the Compose window button bar.
Use that to select the sending account.

Hmmm... Jack, I don't have a "Send using" option on my new msge
toolbar (in OE6).

Of course not! That's because OE has nothing whatsoever to do with Outlook.
