I have Windows Vista SP1 installed. When I try to load MS "Age of Empires
III" I get a 'MSXML 4.0 is not installed correctly' error message. How do I
fix?

The setup program to re-install it is on the DVD, you could also try
Windows Update to repair/update MSXML...
 
I've already reinstalled the game. How do I repair or reinstall MSXML 4.0
using Windows Update?

Do not re-install the game, brwose the DVD and find the folder with
the MSXML setup program, run it then luacnh window upadte and check
for any available updates for it...
